The Payor ID is no longer 00621, it is now IL621.� Be sure to check the ECS/Other tab of the IDPA carrier in Maintenance.� If you receive a letter from Blue Cross of Illinois stating that they cannot find any record of coverage for this patient, the Payor ID is still set to the old 00621 and needs to be changed to IL621.
