patient coverage, click next insurance, enter date of birth for the secondary
insurance, and also check to make sure date of birth is in under responsible
party.

Required segment 'DMG' (SUBSCRIBER DEMOGRAPHIC INFORMATION) is not present. The
details for this segment can be found on page #342 of the ANSI specification. More often then not it�s the subscribers
birth date that is missing.
PRV_03- Required element #03(Provider Taxonomy Code) is not
present. Missing Provider Taxonomy code in provider or referring provider.
