Invalid Group Code or ID

With the implementation of Electronic NPI only claims, it has been brought to our attention that the word �NONE� placed in the Group Name or ID field of the patient�s Medicare insurance screen is causing rejects for invalid Group Name or ID.

�NONE� must be removed from all Medicare Group or ED fields for your patients in order for claims to process correctly.
