WI EDS sends an 835 transaction file for a lot of our clients, even though they have never registered with EDS for remittance.

The letter offices are receiving are requesting they re-enroll for remittance (835 transactions).

�I am still waiting for a call back from Forward Health since I do not know if the clients sign up for 835 transactions and will still receive a paper EOB.

If the office is concerned about the letter, have them call Forward Health and confirm that they will still receive a paper EOB if they sign up for 835 transactions, until such time as EDS/Forward Health returns my call with an answer.�

If Forward Health will no longer issue a paper EOB, then they don�t want to sign up for 835 transactions.
